GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. PURPOSE

These general terms and conditions of sale aim to define the sales terms between MARLOU (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") making a purchase via the website www.marlou.fr.

2. ORDER
​
The Customer can place an order via the website. Any order implies the full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes. Payment is made online at the time of the order. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
4. DELIVERY
​
Delivery times are those of La Poste, the delivery service used by the seller. The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to dispatch orders promptly but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond its control. The Customer is responsible for the delivery address provided during the order. In the event of an error in its drafting, the Customer cannot hold the seller responsible if delivery becomes impossible or if the shipment is returned to the seller. A delay in the delivery of products cannot give rise to the buyer's entitlement to damages or the cancellation of the order. In the case of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all necessary reservations within 3 days by email at contact@marlou.fr or via the form on the website www.marlou.fr.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has a period of 10 days from the receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for the return costs. The right of withdrawal is only possible for an unopened and in perfect condition product.
6. WARRANTY

The products sold are guaranteed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. In the case of non-compliance, the Customer can request the replacement of the product or a refund.

7. LIABILITY
​
The Seller cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the products.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
​
The Customer consents to the collection and processing of their personal data within the scope of the sale, in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
​
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to the applicable law in France. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris will have sole jurisdiction.
